Yusuf Zi Irbec is a Turkish academic and politician, currently deputy of Antalya with the MHP. He is an executive board member of the Parliamentarians for Global Action and a clark member of the European Unio Commission in the Turkish Parliament. He founded the Public Research Foundation (KAV) and is one of its Trustees. He holds a Ph.D in Economics and Social Sciences and has held various high rank academic positions in several Turkish universities. He was the founding President of the International Balkan University in Skopje until 2007.
